practice of using spirits

wine for making Fa Tsau (for

mixing with bean curd) and vine-

-gar at the Tung Mei Distillery

was explained, and it was decided that (1) spirits of wine

should pay full duty unless

denatured: (2) that the existing

| practice of allowing spirits of

wine to be removed to the Tung

Mei Distillery for mixing with

Fa Taau and subsequent removal

to No. 18 Bonded Licensed Ware-

-house for denaturing by mixing

with bean curd, may in the

interests of the bean curd trade

be allowed to continua.
